Membership FAQs

ARVO Membership?
All information related to ARVO Membership can be found at the following link: https://www.arvo.org/membership/join-now/
ARVO Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable, and do not include registration fees for meetings.

Join ARVO?
Any individuals looking to obtain an ARVO membership for the first time, should proceed to Join ARVO
All new members are required to create an ARVO account linked to their First/Last name and email address. If you have previously been a member of ARVO at any time, but cannot remember your login information, please contact arvo@arvo.org for assistance.

Rejoin ARVO?
Any individuals who need to reactive their previous ARVO membership that has currently expired, should proceed to Rejoin ARVO

Renewing your Membership?
Any current ARVO member who needs to update their membership for the upcoming year for continued access to member benefits, should proceed to Renew with ARVO

Membership Categories and Dues?
All available ARVO membership categories and pricing are listed on the ARVO website.

Benefits of Membership?
All ARVO membership benefits can be found on the Membership page of the ARVO website.

Members-in-Training?
ARVO Members who are students and/or trainees in the early stages of their career. Membership dues are significantly lowered for this class of members.

Membership Certificate?
Any active ARVO member can obtain a Membership Certificate through their ARVO account.

What is my ARVO section?
When an ARVO member first joins, they are asked to choose their scientific section of interest. Log into your member account to view or change your scientific section.
